BD & Sales Director

Job Summary：
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BD & Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in the Philippines, with a focus on renewable energies, including wind and solar energy sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the market, exploring customer needs, conducting business negotiations, and obtaining orders to achieve the sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies;
- Assist the superior in developing the market, maintaining and managing customers, promoting project cooperation, achieve the company’s established business objectives;
- Customer contact and relationship maintenance;
- Responsible for business negotiation, project communication, drafting of bidding documents, signing of sales contracts, supervising the execution of contracts, and dealing with related business matters;
- Collected and analyzed important information and data of the industry, conducted feasibility research on potential projects, and participated in project evaluation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and comply with policies
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Business /Engineering / Marine Science;
- 10+ years BD/sales experience in renewable energy/ marine tech;
- Proven track record of successful business development and partnership establishment in the Philippines;
- Familiar with wind and solar products;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
- Understand basic national laws and regulations, familiar with trade laws, rules, conventions and practices.
- Leadership skills and willingness to travel

Project Manager
- Location: the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead the internal and external resources of the company, and complete the on-site implementation of the projects (installation, deployment, operation and maintenance, and retrieval, etc.).
- Fully responsible for the comprehensive management of site progress, quality, HSE and other elements, and is the first responsible person for the quality of on-site delivery of the company’s products.
- Cooperate with the relevant management work of the company and the department, and ensure the rationality, effectiveness and compliance of the project work.
- Train partners and assist relevant departments to promote international cooperation.
- Take project risk identification and disposal as the main driving force, actively participate in project management, mainly including:
- Project risk management, identifying and eliminating potential risks in the project
- Acts as the primary interface to external companies and is responsible for all deliverables in the project
- As the decision-maker of all the key issues in the project, coordinate resources to solve the problems
- Project planning and control, project review and report
- Summarize project experience and lessons, assist in improving project management process construction and company process system construction
- Undertake other possible responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English, able to work independently as a working language.
- Overseas site management experience in international projects or export mechanical and electrical products and overseas implementation experience in product internationalization: more than 2 years.
- College degree or above, electrical or electro-mechanical major background is preferred.
- Experience in marine engineering field work is preferred.
- Proficient in Office software, excel and common project management software is preferred.
- Have project management experience, or have theoretical knowledge of project management system, and have project management certificate is preferred.
- Hard-working, willing to undertake front-line work by oneself.

Junior/Associate Project Engineer – LiDAR-Based Wind Measurement
- Location: Philippines (with potential participation in international projects)

Responsibilities:
Perform system commissioning, on-site/remote debugging, sensor calibration, and acceptance testing for LiDAR-based wind measurement systems (floating, ground-based, or nacelle-mounted).
Manage localized data delivery: data retrieval, quality control, formatting, and direct client-facing technical support.
Serve as the local engineering contact; coordinate with international teams, track project progress, and resolve field issues.
Support system health monitoring, preventive maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Contribute to local adaptation of documentation, processes, and data products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (graduated within the last 2 years, or expected to graduate by June 2026) in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, Communications, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Understanding of sensors, data acquisition, or digital circuits; basic scripting skills in Python or shell.
Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, serial communication); Linux command line experience is a plus.
- English as default working language.
Hands-on mindset, willing to work at coastal/offshore/field sites and travel as needed.
- Willingness to learn; comprehensive technical training will be provided.
Preferred:
Internship or academic project experience in wind energy, offshore engineering, remote sensing, or related fields (e.g., thesis work on sensors, data acquisition, or environmental monitoring).
Familiarity with wind data processing, IoT/cloud data transmission, or basic database concepts.
